2 months agoNYC was not the best, gave us a car with 40 miles of gas left and had no idea where we could fill it! Picking the car up was a real mission, couldn't get out the building. WE WERE DELAYED ABOUT 45 MINUTES by staff then got charged an extra hour on drop off as we were 10 minutes outside time frame due to traffic. So 2 stars for NYC Enterprise. Arizona car was excellent, easy pick up and drop off. Staff were much better than NYC and knew what they were doing, we left an iPad in the rental and had to go back to drop off and they had it already in lost property, very helpful so 5 stars for Arizona Enterprise

4 months agoI used this enterprise location to drop off a rental car from another city. IT is tough to enter the return center. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They don't rush and everything is organized well on the return process. After returning it is very easy to catch the air train. So, either you return or pick up a vehicle, from JFK airport terminal just take the Air train and go to rental center and it is very accessible and simple

From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and offered assistance without hesitation. The vehicle was in pristine condition, making my journey all the more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. Overall, this experience has set a new standard for customer service in the industry.

4 months agoJust rented a vehicle to drive from New York to Atlanta. The service was great, the employees were happy and helpful, and the car was clean and smoke free. The one way rental price was very good compared to the competitors. Seems like they have a good operation going.

Have rented the new Landrover Defender (3x)’s with you in San Francisco , SNA & JFK…just place this vehicle on my preferred profile and hit REPEAT! Constant traveler, rent cars often, ALWAYS go with Enterprise!
