Yes, basic insurance is included with every rental, covering third-party liability and minimal damage protection. However, if you want extra peace of mind, we offer additional coverage options, such as full damage waiver and roadside assistance. These optional add-ons can protect you from unexpected costs in case of an accident or mechanical issue.
Yes, we offer a flexible return policy that allows you to drop off the car at a different location for an additional fee. The exact cost depends on the distance between the pickup and return locations. If you’re traveling between major cities, we may have designated drop-off points where this service is available at a lower cost.
The rental process is very easy; you'll see on the website that they sometimes have promotions for a certain number of rental days. It's important to have full insurance coverage in a country you're unfamiliar with. They speak Spanish. They give you options when choosing a vehicle, and it's excellent; they have cars in good condition, not old ones, all new. Everything is great in NYC. Check it out thoroughly beforehand.
All is good and looking again to use enterprise car rental Thanks
They made it very easy. Not at all stressful. At the end they gave me a 52.00 refund because I didn't use much of the gas. I highly recommend. I was very impressed and very pleased
