The touring, application, and move-in process were all so incredibly easy - so much smoother than the typical NYC experience we are used to. Becky and Ryan have been amazing from day one: warm, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They’ve made the entire experience feel effortless and have continued to be just as responsive and accommodating as we’ve gotten settled. The buildings are beautiful and well maintained. The location is great because it’s a lively area but our apartment still feels quiet and comfortable, which has been the best of both worlds. The doormen/women have also been very kind and welcoming, which we’ve really appreciated. We’re really happy with our decision and excited to be living here!

5 months agoBeen living at Avalon Bowery Place for about a month now and it’s been great! Super attentive and thoughtful office staff and front desk. Receiving packages is made super easy through the front desk and Amazon Locker. Great software/tech incorporated into building which makes things a lot easier. Glad I made the choice to live here!

Ryan made the move in process a breeze & everyone who works in the building is very friendly. George and Jobi are the best!
